Publication Principles

• The journal is published twice a year
• The papers submitted for publication are first assessed by the editor and then, if deemed suitable, are sent to two peers who are specialists in the relevant fields. Papers are published after the approval of the editorial and advisory boards and the completion of peer-review process. The content of papers are under the responsibility of their authors.
• All publication rights of the papers accepted belong to the institution publishing the journal.
• The considerations and suggestions in the papers are under the responsibility of their authors.
