The Dialectic of Integration Between Positive Justice and Negative Justice in The Works of Imam Nursi Risale-i Nur

Abstract

The researcher in Al-Nursi thought, finds it an original, renewable human thought, and a vital global heritage, which oozes depth and originality, contributed – and still is – with distinction in the renewal of Islamic thought and the enlightenment of human thought, and the rationalization of the human march with civilized values, derived from Coran in its two parts: The universe and revelation.

 If justice is the basis on which the universe is based, from the atom to the galaxy, and a sacred principle that the heavenly religions have colluded with at different times, and an urgent demand for the weak on earth, then the relative human approaches that human societies have known, to the principle of justice, theorizing and downloading, have resulted in different theories, which their groups were unable to besiege Injustice is growing in this world.

         I think that the approach to the concept of justice according to Nursi, would produce authentic concepts and integrated dimensions of the issue of justice, and fixed criteria for distinguishing between aspects of justice and manifestations of injustice, so that we present to humanity an evaluation reading of the theories of justice.

         In order to uncover those issues and others, this article came based on a conceptual approach and three topics: the first is in the sections of justice in Nursi, the second is in formative justice and legislative justice between negative and positive, and the third is in the downward trend of legislative justice, then I ended the research with a conclusion that outlined the most important research results.

As for the approach adopted in the management of research issues, it revolves around extrapolating the scientific material from Risa’il al-Nur by originality, and from other perspectives accordingly, and on analyzing the contents, justifying ideas, comparing them with others, deducing some rules, and formulating all of that in the context of the general perception of the subject.
