Abstract
Hijab is an innate matter for women and required by their nature, but abolishing it under the pretext of civility and civility is contrary to nature. The Qur’an’s command of hijab, in addition to being innate, saves women from falling, humiliation, moral captivity, and humiliation. The veil is trust and love. Family happiness in life lasts with trust, sincerity, respect, and mutual love between the spouses, but as for showing off and not wearing the hijab, it destroys that trust, disrupts that respect, and spoils love. It is a reason for a large number of offspring because it is known that a large number of offspring is desired by everyone, but removing the veil does not increase marriage, but rather decreases it greatly, because most young men, even if they are immoral, want their life partner to be chaste and do not want her to be a show-off and unveiled. The elucidation of these concepts shows us that the happiness of social life depends on the happiness of family life, of which society is made up, and the happiness of family life also depends on mutual trust, respect, and love. These aforementioned innate facts of life cannot be achieved except by knowing human nature and applying the innate laws, which are evil. Islamic culture is represented in the instructions of the Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace May God’s prayers and peace be upon him and grant him peace to the spouses to choose the woman of the same religion and character who covers herself with the veil and adorns herself with chastity. Because marital happiness in this world and the hereafter is achieved and continues with religion and character, not with money, beauty, and lineage, with unity. Indeed, whoever chooses the same religion will be victorious, for money and beauty will disappear, and they are a great danger to their owner if they are not spent in a good way. The committed veiled woman seeks stability and a married life that is also based on solidarity, love, and mercy, not arrogance and superiority over her husband because of her money, fame, rank, or beauty.
